Tuesday Night Knitters: 1st & 3rd Tuesdays
We meet every first and third Tuesday of the month at the Studio from 7-9 pm. Everyone who likes to work with yarn is invited. We have a few new knitters who like to get advice from the experienced knitters about casting on, knitting and purling. Just bring whatever you are working on. If you're looking for a project to start, we have all of our kits available for sale at the Studio. We drink tea and hot chocolate and sit around talking knitting and crocheting or just about any topic that comes to mind. Moms and their children are welcome.

We have been sharing some Tuesday Night Knitters Nuggets of Wisdom: our first was to try using green cleaning products. My favorite new book is: Green Up Your Cleanup by Jill Potvin-Schoff. There are lots of recipes for mild and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions using old-fashioned ingredients like Dr. Bronner's liquid castile soap, Arm & Hammer washing soda and vinegar in the laundry.
